This fresh fruit chia seed pudding is perfect for starting a busy day, its packed full of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants and the protein and fibre in the Chia seeds will keep you feeling fuller for longer.
Mix the Chia seeds, milk, vanilla essence and honey together in a small bowl
Leave it to sit in the fridge overnight or for at least an hour before serving
Remove it from the fridge, top with your choice of fruit and serve
