If you love chocolate and tapioca then this chocolate chia pudding is the one for you, its ideal to serve for breakfast but with a few added ingredients can be turned into a decadent dessert to serve to guests.

serving suggestion

Top with a few raspberries, coconut flakes and drizzle with melted white chocolate

Replace the vanilla extract with orange extract, top with mandarin segments and grated dark chocolate

Replace the vanilla extract for mint and sprinkle some dark chocolate chips on top garnish with a fresh mint leaf


Place all the ingredients into a small bowl

Mix the ingredients together until everything is evenly combined

Cover the bowl with cling film and place in the fridge for at least 1 hour or overnight

Before serving give it one final stir, divide mixture into individual serving bowls or glasses

Top with Greek yogurt a strawberry, and flaked almonds
