This gluten free orange, mango and banana smoothie is perfect for giving you boost in the morning and also great for squeezing in some of your five a day.  If you don’t have a lot of time in the mornings you can prepare your fruit ahead of time, just chop into small pieces and place into freezer bags.

note: If you are using cold fruit from the fridge or frozen fruit you can omit the ice cubes.

Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Blend for 2 minutes until smooth add more milk if the consistency is too think.
