For anyone following a Ketogenic diet you will know how important getting those fats in can be, for some like myself who are unable to have dairy you may struggle to get your fat for the day, well this is perfect way to do it. This homemade dairy free fudge is gluten free, tasty and low in carbs it not only tastes amazing it is also quick and easy to make.

Place all of the ingredients in a food processor or small blender

Blend until all of the ingredients are well combined

Line a square bowl or container with cling film or grease proof paper

Spread the mixture out into your bowl

Put it in the fridge for a couple of hours or until set

Remove the fudge from the bowl cut into squares

Alternatively you can use a shaped silicone ice cube tray
